training of professional personnel for the care of crippled children Sec. 203. (a) Part 2 of title V of the Social Security Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: 79 Stat. 354 “training of professional personnel “Sec. 516. There are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and $17,500,000 for each fiscal year thereafter, for grants by the Secretary to public or other nonprofit institutions of higher learning for training professional personnel for health and related care of crippled children, particularly mentally retarded children and children with multiple handicaps.” (b) The second sentence of section 514(c) of such Act is amended by striking out “section 512(b)” and inserting in lieu thereof “section 512(b) or 516”.
