revision of allotments Sec. 501. The first sentence of section 305(a) of the Adult Education Act of 1966 (title III of Public Law 89–750) is amended to read as follows: “From the sums available for purposes of section 304(b) for any fiscal year, the Commissioner shall allot (1) not more than 2 per centum thereof among Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the Virgin Islands according to their respective needs for assistance under such section, and (2) $100,000 to each State.”
