including private nonprofit agencies Sec. 502. (a) Section 304(b) of the Adult Education Act of 1966 is amended by striking out the period at the end thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “and private nonprofit agencies.” (b) Section 306(a)(7) of such Act is amended by inserting immediately after “local educational agencies” the following: “and private nonprofit agencies”.
