Sec. 211. The Mason J. Niblack levee feature of the project for flood control in the Wabash River Basin, Illinois and Indiana, authorized by the Flood Control Act approved July 24, 1946, is hereby modified to provide for the installation by the Secretary of the Army, acting 82 Stat. 747through the Chief of Engineers, and operation and maintenance by local interests, of pumping facilities to remove ponded interior drainage from the area protected by the levee, at an estimated cost of $500,000.
