Sec. 212. The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, is authorized to amend Contract Numbered DA–15–108–CIVENG–66–68, between the United States and the Montana State Highway Commission for the relocation of Montana State Highway 37 in connection with the construction of the Libby Dam project, so as to provide that the design standards for the relocation shall be those adopted by the State of Montana, pursuant to the provisions of the Highway Safety Act of 1966 (80 Stat. 731).
