Sec. 105. (a) The first sentence of clause (2) of subsection (a) of section 205 of the Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965 (40 App. U.S.C. 205) is amended by striking out “in accordance with the” and inserting in lieu thereof “or to make grants to the States for carrying out such projects, in accordance with the applicable”. (b) Subsection (b) of such section 205 is amended by striking out “and 1969” and inserting in lieu thereof “1969, 1970, and 1971”.
