Sec. 110. (a) The first sentence of section 2 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 T.S.C. 466–1) is amended by striking out “Federal Water Pollution Control Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “Federal Water Quality Administration”. (b) Any other law, reorganization plan, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States in which the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration is referred to shall be held to refer to the Federal Water Quality Administration.
