Sec. 111. Section 8(c) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act is amended in the fourth sentence by inserting after “because of lack 84 Stat. 114of funds” the following: “including States having projects eligible for reimbursement pursuant to the sixth and seventh sentences of this subsection”.
