extension of title v of the elementary and secondary education act of 1965 Sec. 141. Section 501 (b) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 is amended by striking out “and” where it appears after “1969,” and by striking out all that follows “1968” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “$80,000,000 each for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1969, June 30, 1970, and June 30, 1971, $85,000,000 for the 84 Stat. 142fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, and $90,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973”.
