indian reservation roads and bridges Sec. 130. The definition of the term “Indian reservation roads and bridges” in section 101(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “The term ‘Indian reservation roads and bridges’ means roads and bridges that are located within or provide access to an Indian reservation or Indian trust land or restricted Indian land which is not subject to fee title alienation without the approval of the Federal Government on which Indians reside whom the Secretary of the Interior has determined to be eligible for services generally available to Indians under Federal laws specifically applicable to Indians.”
