SEC. 226. DELEGATED PROCESSING. Section 328(a) of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1713 note) is amended in the first sentence by inserting before the period “or other individuals and entities expressly approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development”.
