Sec. 226. The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, is authorized and directed to review and study the operation of the Fort Randall multiple-purpose project, South Dakota, with a view to detenu ini ng the advisability of modifying the project facilities or the regulation of the impounded waters, or both, and report thereon to the Congress.
