Sec. 227. The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, is authorized and directed to review and study the operation of the Summersville Lak© multiple-purpose project, Gauley River, West Virginia, with a view to determining the advisability of modifying the project facilities or the regulation of the impounded waters, or both, and report thereon to the Congress.
