Procurement, Marine Corps For expenses necessary for the procurement, manufacture, and modification of missiles, armament, ammunition, military equipment, spare parts, and accessories therefor; plant equipment, appliances, and machine tools, and installation thereof in public or private plants, and vehicles for the Marine Corps, including purchase of not to exceed two hundred forty-one passenger motor vehicles, for replacement only; $103,100,000, and in addition, $25,000,000 which shall be derived by transfer from “Procurement, Marine Corps, 1971/1973”, to remain available for obligation until June 30, 1974.
