Procurement of Aircraft and Missiles, Navy For construction, procurement, production, modification, and modernization of aircraft, missiles, equipment, including ordnance, spare parts, and accessories therefor; specialized equipment; expansion of public and private plants, including the land necessary therefor, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title as required by section 355, Revised Statutes, as amended; and procurement and installation of equipment, appliances, and machine tools in public or private plants; $3,855,000,000, and in addition, $100,000,000, of which $25,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the Defense stock fund, and $75,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from “Procurement of Aircraft and Missiles, Navy, 1971/1973”, to remain available for obligation until June 30, 1974.
