provision for administrative expenses for operation of state plan Sec. 144. (a) Section 520(a)(2) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 is amended, in clause (F) thereof, by (1) striking out “3” and inserting in lieu thereof “5”, and (2) by inserting before the semicolon: “or, $20,000, whichever is greater”. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall be effective after, and only with respect to appropriations for fiscal years beginning after, June 30, 1972.
