elimination of ceiling on expenditures for teaching aides Sec. 145. (a) Section 520(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 is amended by striking out clause (5) thereof. Clauses (6) through (9) of such section 520(a), and all references thereto, are redesignated as clauses (5) through (8), respectively. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall be effective after,86 Stat. 287 and only with inspect to appropriations for fiscal years beginning after, June 30, 1972.
