Sec. 503. The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized to accomplish alterations, additions, expansions, or extensions not other-wise authorized by law, to existing public quarters at a cost not to exceed— (1) for the Department of the Army, $22,511,000. (2) for the Department of the Navy, $9,121,000. (3) for the Department of the Air Force, $11,955,000.
