Sec. 504. Notwithstanding the limitations con tabled in section 502 of this Act. the Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized to construct or otherwise acquire, four-family housing units in Brazil at a total cost, not to exceed $215,000. This authority shall include the authority to acquire lands and interests in land.
