Sec. 5. The project for Hood control, water supply, and related purposes, in the Pocatalico River Basin. West Virginia, is hereby authorized substantially in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Pocatalico River Basin joint study interim report prepared by the Corps of Engineers and the Soil Conservation Service, at an estimated cost of $3,568,900, with the funds to be appropriated for use by the Secretary of Agriculture, contingent upon project approval by the President.
