centers and services Sec. 617. Section 627 of the Education of the Handicapped Act (as redesignated by section 616) is amended to read as follows: “authorization of appropriations “Sec. 627. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of section 621, $12,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, $18,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and $19,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of section 622, $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, $20,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and for the succeeding fiscal year. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of section 623. $25,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, $36,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and $38,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of section 625, $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the two succeeding fiscal years.”.
