There are authorized to be appropriated for carrying out the provisions of this part (other than section 633) $45,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, $52,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and $54,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of section 633, $500,000 for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 1975, and June 30, 1976, and $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977.”.
