extension of the emergency school aid act Sec. 641. (a) Section 704(a) of the Emergency School Aid Act (title VII of Public Law 92–318) is amended by striking out “for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974” and inserting m lieu thereof “for the period ending June 30, 1976”. (b) With respect to the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, the authorization level for the Emergency School Aid Act shall, for the purposes of section 414 of the General Education Provisions Act, be equal to the amount appropriated for the purposes of the Emergency School Aid Act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976.
