Sec. 401. (a) Section 2(c) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by striking out “Railroad Retirement Act of 1937” and inserting in lieu thereof “Railroad Retirement Act of 1974” and by striking out “and section 10 (h)”. (b) Section 2(g) of such Act is amended by striking out “section 3(f)(1) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937” each time it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “section 6(a)(1) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974”.
