Sec. 402. Section 4(a-1) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by striking out “or pensions under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1935 or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937” from paragraph (ii) and inserting in lieu thereof “under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974”.
