revision of authorization for appropriations for the interstate system Sec. 102. Subsection (b) of section 108 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956, as amended, is amended by striking out “the additional sum of $4,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, the additional sum of $4,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and the additional sum of $4,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976”, and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: “the additional sum of $2,600,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, the additional sum of $3,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, the additional sum of $3,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, the additional sum of $3,250,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977, the additional sum of $3,250,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, and the additional sum of $3,250,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.”
