The Secretary of Transportation shall apportion for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1974, June 30, 1975, and June 30, 1976, the sums authorized to be appropriated for such years for expenditures on the National System of Interstate and Defense Highways, using the apportionment, factors contained in table 5, of House Public Works Committee Print Numbered 92–29, as revised in House Report Numbered 92–1443.
