Section 805 of the Older Americans Comprehensive Services Amendments of 1973 (42 U.S.C. 2809 note) is amended— (1) by striking out “fiscal year” the second place it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “five fiscal years and the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1976”; and (2) by striking out “Economic Opportunity Act of 1964” and inserting in lieu thereof “Community Services Act of 1974”.
