Sec. 311. As a part of the annual report required by section 15(a)(1) of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5914(a)(1)), the Administrator shall: 89 STAT. 1075 (a) detail the Solar Energy Division personnel level recommended for the current fiscal year by the Administrator and submitted to the Office of Management and Budget, and the personnel level authorized upon review by that Office; and (b) detail progress toward completion by January 1, 1980, of the objectives of the Solar Energy Research Development, and Demonstration Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5551, et seq.).
