Subsection (b) of section 118 of the Federal-Aid High-way Amendments of 1974 (Public Law 93–643) is amended— (1) by striking out “1975, and” and inserting in lieu thereof “1975,”; and (2) by striking out “can be obligated.” and inserting in lieu thereof “$8,750,000 for the three-month period ending September 30, 1976, $35,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, and $35,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978, can be obligated.”.
