technical amendments Sec. 139. (a) The analysis of chapter I of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking out “111. Use of and access to rights-of-way—Interstate System.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “111. Agreements relating to use of and access to rights-of-way—Interstate System.”. (b) The analysis of chapter I of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking out “119. Administration of Federal-aid for highways in Alaska.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “119. Repealed.”. (c) The analysis of chapter I of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking out 90 STAT. 444 “133. Relocation assistance.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “133. Repealed.”.
