IDENTIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL IMPOSED REQUIREMENTS.

SEC. 123. IDENTIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL IMPOSED REQUIREMENTS. Section 124 of the Act (29 U.S.C. 1534) is amended to read as follows: “IDENTIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL IMPOSED REQUIREMENTS “Sec. 124. If a State or service delivery area imposes a requirement, including a rule, regulation, policy, or performance standard, relating to the administration and operation of programs funded by this Act (including requirements based on State or service delivery area interpretation of any Federal law, regulation, or guideline) the State or area shall identify the requirement as a State- or service delivery area-imposed requirement.”.
