SEC. 124. STATE LABOR MARKET INFORMATION PROGRAMS. Section 125(a) of the Act is amended— (1) by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (4); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (5) and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: 106 STAT. 1042 “(6) provide training and technical assistance to support comprehensive career guidance and participant activities for local programs assisted under this Act.”.
