Sec. 607. Chapter 42 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out in section 2011(2) “his” and inserting in lieu thereof “the person’s”; and (2) by striking out in the first sentence of section 2012(b) “his” and inserting in lieu thereof “the contractor’s”.
