Sec. 608. Chapter 43 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out in section 2021(a) (2) (B) “his” each time it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “the employer’s”; (2) by striking out in section 2021(b) (2) “his” and “he” and inserting in lieu thereof “the person’s” and “the person”, respectively ; and (3) by striking out in the sixth sentence of section 2024(d) “his” each time it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “such employer’s”.
