watershed loan authority Sec. 1508. The last sentence of section 8 of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act (70 Stat. 1090, as amended; 16 U.S.C. 1006a) is amended by striking out “five million dollars” and inserting in lieu thereof “$10,000,000”.
