multiyear set-aside Sec. 1509. Section 1005 of the Agricultural Act of 1970, as added by the Agriculture and Consumer Protection Act of 1973 (87 Stat. 243; 16 U.S.C. 1505) is amended by— (1) striking out “1977” and inserting in lieu thereof “1981”; (2) striking out “1978” and inserting in lieu thereof “1982”; and (3) amending the fourth sentence to read as follows: “Grazing of livestock under this section shall be prohibited, except in areas of a major disaster as determined by the President if the Secretary finds there is a need therefor, as a result of such disaster.”.
