Sec. 202. (a) Section 202(a)(2) of the Department of Defense Appropriation Authorization Act, 1978 (Public Law 95–79), is amended by striking out “before January 1, 1980” and inserting in lieu thereof “not later than July 1, 1981”. (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect October 1, 1977.
