Sec. 606. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act shall be available for the Advisory Committee on the Bureau of the Census or for any other advisory committee to the Department of Commerce which would perform similar duties and responsibilities, other than a committee which has, before July 1, 1978, filed a charter in accordance with section 9 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This Act may be cited as the “Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1979”.
