reenlistment bonus for members of selected reserve Sec. 403. (a) Subsection (a) of section 308b of title 37, United States Code, relating to reenlistment bonuses for members of the Selected Reserve, is amended to read as follows: “(a) An enlisted member of a reserve component who— “(1) has completed less than ten years of total military services; and “(2) reenlists or voluntarily extends his enlistment for a period of three years or for a period of six years in a designated military skill, or in a designated unit, as determined by the Secretary concerned, in the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve of an armed force;may be paid a bonus as provided insubsection (b).”. (b) Subsection (b) of such section is amended by inserting “an amount not to exceed” before “$450”, before “$900”, and before “$150”. (c) Subsection (g) of such section is amended by striking out “1978” and inserting in lieu thereof “1980”.
