sea-based aircraft platform study funds Sec. 812. The unobligated balance of $40,000,000 authorized to be appropriated in section 201 of the Department of Defense Appropriation Authorization Act, 1978 (Public Law 95–79; 91 Stat. 323), for conducting comprehensive evaluation studies of sea-based aircraft platforms shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be available and primarily applied toward performing any design work related to any such sea-based aircraft platform authorized by this Act.
