certification of claims Sec. 813. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of the funds authorized to be appropriated for the Department of Defense by this or any other Act shall be used for the purpose of paying any contract claim, request for equitable adjustment to contract terms, request for relief under Public Law 85–804, or other similar request, which exceeds $100,000 unless a senior company official in charge at the plant or location involved has certified at the time of submission 92 STAT. 1625of such contract claim, request for equitable adjustment to contract terms, request for relief under Public Law 85–804, or other similar request, that such claim or request is made in good faith and that the supporting data are accurate and complete to the best of such official’s knowledge and belief. The requirements of this section shall not apply to claims, requests for equitable adjustment to contract terms, requests for relief under Public Law 85–804, or other similar requests submitted lief ore the date of enactment of this Act.
