SEC. 1303. REDUCTION IN THE AUTHORIZED END STRENGTH FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL IN EUROPE. (a) Reduced End Strength.—Subsection (c)(1) of section 1002 of the National Defense Authorization Act, 1985 (22 U.S.C. 1928 • note), is amended by striking out “235,700” in the first sentence and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof “100,000.”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on October 1, 1995.
