SEC. 4238. DEFENSE MANUFACTURING EXPERTS IN THE CLASSROOM. (a) Program.— Section 2197 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking out “managers and” in the matter preceding paragraph (1); and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(e) Manufacturing Expert Defined.—In this section, the term ‘manufacturing expert’ means manufacturing managers and workers having experience in the organization of production and education and training needs and other experts in manufacturing.”. (b) Clerical Amendments.— (1) The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: “§ 2197. Manufacturing experts in the classroom”. (2) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 111 of such title is amended by striking out the item relating to section 2197 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “2197. Manufacturing experts in the classroom.”.
