SEC. 4239. INDUSTRIAL DIVERSIFICATION PLANNING FOR DEFENSE CONTRACTORS. Not later than 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall prescribe regulations to encourage defense contractors to engage in industrial diversification planning.
