SEC. 2703. ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS IN TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS. Not later than 3 months after the completion of the Palau National Master Development Plan developed pursuant to the Department of the Interior Secretary’s Order No. 3142, the Secretary of the Interior shall, in consultation with the Government of Palau, submit a plan to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Interior and Insular 106 STAT. 3120Affairs of the House of Representatives to provide electric service in Palau that is consistent with determinations made in developing the Palau National Master Development Plan, with regard to the need for and financing and scheduling of the availability of such service.
