SEC. 2704. PCB CLEANUP IN MARSHALL ISLANDS AND FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA. Section 105(h) of Public Law 99–239 is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(5) The programs and services of the Environmental Protection Agency regarding PCB’s shall, to the extent applicable, as appropriate, and in accordance with applicable law, be construed to e made available to such islands.”.
