EFFECT ON STATE FUNDING ELIGIBILITY.

SEC. 5606. EFFECT ON STATE FUNDING ELIGIBILITY. This subtitle shall not be construed or applied to jeopardize any funds available to a coastal State under the Act of August 9, 1950 (16 U.S.C. 777a et seq.), if the coastal State is, in good faith, pursuing a survey and plan designed to meet the purposes of this subtitle.
