SEC. 104. PRESUMPTIVE PERIOD FOR OCCURRENCE OF LEUKEMIA IN VETERANS EXPOSED TO RADIATION. (a) Change in Presumptive Period.— Section 312(c)(3) is amended by striking out “, except that” and all that follows through “leukemia)”. (b) Effective Date.— No benefit may be paid by reason of the amendment made by subsection (a) for any period before the date of the enactment of this Act.
