SEC. 108. NATIONAL SHIPBUILDING INITIATIVE. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1994 for the National Shipbuilding Initiative under subtitle D of title XIII in the amount of $147,000,000. (b) Availability for Obligation.—Funds appropriated pursuant to subsection (a) shall not be available for obligation for loan guarantees after September 30, 1997.
